It’s Friday again, obviously. And as per usual I don’t feel like being serious about much of anything (especially work, but unfortunately I am stuck here for now). So, let’s go on a tangent. For the first time I shall share some thoughts on women’s dress. I can’t tell you how many times people have asked me my thoughts on what girls wear both personally and in the capacity of FYGblog. I have until now abstained from voicing myself. But let’s have some fun.
In New York, Boston and Philadelphia (and I’m sure elsewhere), there is something that plagues the female community. That is their insistence on wearing leggings as pants. And as we all know, many times they are not in fact pants. By far the worst offense is pairing said leggings with Ugg boots; but thankfully winter is over so we don’t have to see that around Manhattan for another few months. Admittedly, there are times I suppose leggings are appropriate. And then there are certainly some individuals who should be barred from wearing leggings all together. I could go on. Luckily there is a Tumblr, What Should Nova Call Me, from the Villanova University (ie my alma mater) community that sums things up quite nicely.
Note: Lululemon’s are one of Gods gifts to mankind. But they are still not pants.
